KONAWAENA FOUNDATION ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

DATE: First Saturday in May of Each Year

PLACE: Kona Country Club

TEE-TIME: 6:30 a.m. Registration
7:30 a.m. SHOT GUN START

ENTRY FEE: Only $100 per person
Entry fee includes Green Fees, Cart, Prizes, and
lunch at the VISTA Restaurant following tournament!

FORMAT: Two (2) Person Scramble.
Each player must hit 6-tee shots.
Total handicap allowed per two person team is 48.
Handicaps calculated by averaging the partners’ handicaps and taking 80% of that total as recommended by the U.S.G.A.
Mulligan - $5.00 each (two maximum)

PRIZES: New Car Hole-In-One, Hotel Accommodations, Dinner Certificates, snorkel cruises, and much, much more.
