Aloha Konawaena High School Teachers and Classified Staff:
We are pleased to announce that the Konawaena Foundation is accepting applications for Mini Grants, up to a total of $5,000, for all qualifying projects together or items requested for the year. Funds are available on a first come, first serve basis until exhausted for the year. Total Grant funding available for this year is $5,000.. so hurry!
Under our charter, we can provide funds for special resource trainers to come to Konawaena High School; for classroom equipment not otherwise obtainable from the DOE; or to fund a wide array of materials and programs within a classroom or for the entire school. The primary requirement is that the grant will further the educational goals of the school curriculum. However, we cannot use funds for sports programs, nor can we provide funds for travel off campus.
If you are interested to have a project or items funded, please fill out our Grant Application Form below, and simply drop it off at our box at Konawaena High School's Office.

This Foundation is an IRS 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt organization and all contributions are tax deductible (please consult with a tax advisor) in support of higher education projects for Konawaena High School students.
